Ian Selway

Ian Selway is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network infrastructure and support. Currently serving as Team Lead at Shared Services Canada within the Federal Government of Canada since May 2017, Ian has held various significant roles, including Director at Ian Selway Enterprises and IT Infrastructure Architect at Elections Canada since November 2013. Previous positions include IT Infrastructure Manager at j2 Global, where capacity management for data centers was a key responsibility, as well as roles as a Network Specialist at Protus IP Solutions and for telephony networks. Ian's early career at Nortel involved providing Tier 2 support for VoIP solutions and delivering technical training, while initial troubleshooting work as an RF Technologist at Harris Communications and as a Repair Technician at Techni-Fit laid the foundation for a robust technical skill set. Ian holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from Dawson College.
