Jason Albino

Jason Albino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement, strategic management, and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as a Special Advisor and Leader for the Government of Canada since June 2017, Jason has previously held significant roles including Process Improvement Consultant at TELUS and Strategy Manager at Ingram Micro Mobility, where achievements included a 70% reduction in average agent talk time through operational integration. Additional experience includes serving as an Internal Consultant at Health Canada, optimizing workflow for contribution agreements, and as a Management Consultant at PwC, where Jason designed methodologies that resulted in substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements. Jason began a career as an Applications Engineer at CUMMINS INC and a Systems Engineer at Nortel Networks. Jason holds an MBA in Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
