Kandace Douglas

Kandace Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate sales, investment, and client relations. Currently serving as the Ambassador for Inward Investment for the Government of Grenada and holding the position of Director of New Development for the Caribbean at Globl RED, Kandace also contributes as Board Co-Chair for Reach Within, an organization dedicated to supporting youth who have faced severe trauma. Previously, Kandace spent over a decade at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, specializing in high-end sales and rentals while managing extensive portfolios and achieving significant customer retention. Prior roles include Real Estate Sales and Marketing Director at Silversands Grenada, Senior Sales Associate at Citi Habitats, and Account Manager/Lending Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, where Kandace excelled in client relationship management and sales development. Kandace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Stony Brook University.
