Melissa Powell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advising, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. Currently serving as an Advising Member on the Innovation Transformation Project Steering Committee for the Government of Jamaica, Melissa also founded and leads Pocmi, Inc., a company dedicated to simplifying high-skilled immigration processes. With a rich background that includes roles such as Strategic Advisor at Melissa Powell Co., Co-Founder and COO of InvestHuman LLC, and Managing Partner at Block eM Ledger Consulting Group, Melissa has consistently focused on enhancing human resources and fostering talent mobility.
