Jocelin Bourgeois

Jocelin Bourgeois, P.Eng., MBA, currently serves as a Senior Technical Analyst for the Government of New Brunswick since November 2025. Previously, Jocelin held the role of Engineering Associate at Inversa Systems from May 2019 to November 2025 and worked as a Transportation Engineer at CIMA+ from February 2014 to May 2019. Early career experience includes positions as an Estimator/Project Engineer in Training at K3 Excavating and as a Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator at Bird Construction and Bay Construction + Management Inc. Jocelin also gained research experience as an Engineer Research Assistant at Fisheries and Oceans Canada during two separate periods. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) obtained from Université de Moncton between 2014 and 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2012.
