Avinash Gupta

Avinash Gupta has extensive experience in engineering and building code compliance, currently serving as the Territorial Authority-Codes and Standard and Assistant Fire Marshal for the Government of Northwest Territories since April 2013. Prior to this role, Avinash held the position of Manager-Building Code Compliance at the Corporation Of Delta from October 2012 to April 2013, overseeing building plan examinations and inspections. From March 2007 to October 2012, Avinash was the Administrator of the Commercial Plan Examination and Inspection group at the City of Winnipeg. Avinash Gupta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delhi, India, earned between 1970 and 1975.
