James Tolley

James Tolley has extensive experience in government operations and policy development, currently serving as Director of Policy and Planning for Housing NWT since January 2020. Previously held roles include Director of Strategic Operations in the Department of Executive and Indigenous Affairs, providing strategic advice to high-level government officials, and Senior Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Industry, Tourism and Investment.
