Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young has extensive experience in healthcare system sustainability and evaluation. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Healthcare System Sustainability at the Government of Northwest Territories, Jennifer has also held multiple directorial positions in various departments, including Corporate Affairs and Policy and Planning. Prior roles include Director of Planning, Research, and Evaluation in the Department of Education, Culture and Employment, as well as Evaluation and Investment Manager at the NWT Sport and Recreation Council. Jennifer operated a successful consulting firm specializing in evaluation and strategic planning and has held positions within the Government of Northwest Territories focusing on wellness planning and program evaluation. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Assessment and Evaluation from the University of Melbourne, among other qualifications in leadership and evaluation.
