Ethel Luciana Salas Castillo

Ethel Luciana Salas Castillo has extensive experience in public service and entrepreneurship. Since January 2015, Ethel has served as a Miembro del Concejo Ejecutivo and Analista Tributaria at Municipalidad de San Miguel, contributing to local governance and tax analysis. Additionally, Ethel has held the position of Co CEO at EL HUERTO DEL ABUELO since June 2014, demonstrating leadership in the private sector. Ethel pursued education in Design Thinking at CENTRUM PUCP in 2017, further enhancing skills applicable to both roles.
