Matt MacLeod

Matt MacLeod is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer for the Government of Prince Edward Island's Public Schools Branch since April 2019. Additionally, Matt holds the position of Marriage Commissioner within the same branch since January 2023. As a co-founder of Kari, the first ride-sharing company in Atlantic Canada, and as PA Announcer for the Charlottetown Islanders Hockey Club since August 2014, Matt has a diverse background. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at DME Process Systems Ltd., Director of Communications for Referendum PEI, and various broadcasting positions at Stingray and The Evanov Radio Group. Educational qualifications include studies at Nova Scotia Community College and Montague Regional High School.
