Laurence Fouquette-L'Anglais serves as the Déléguée du Québec à Rome and responsible for the Antenna of Québec in Milan at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec since October 2023, focusing on economic, public, institutional, cultural, scientific, and educational affairs across Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Strategy & Development at CDPQ Infra, where business development outside of Québec was a primary focus, and international electoral observer and regional mission coordinator for the Organización de los Estados Americanos. Additional experience encompasses positions in business development at Montréal International, senior advisory at Fondation Chopin-Péladeau, and various diplomatic roles at the Assemblée nationale du Québec and the Ministère du Conseil exécutif. Laurence holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Political Science from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
