Michael Saliba

Michael Saliba is an accomplished urban planner and architect with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and managing large-scale urban projects. Currently serving as Team Leader - Senior Urban Planner at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since October 2018, Michael communicates government objectives and safety practices to team members. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) as an Architect / Urban Planner, where responsibilities included preparing detailed master plans and coordinating infrastructure inputs. Earlier experience includes positions at Associated Consulting Engineers as an Architect / Site Engineer and GETAWAY ARCHITECT as an Architect. Michael holds a Research Masters in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Ecole Doctoral - Lebanese University, a Master of Architecture from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, and a Bachelor of Architecture from USEK university saint esprit kaslik. Educational background also includes foundational studies in general science at College Sacre-Coeur Gemayze.
