Timothy Musa Kabba

Timothy Musa Kabba currently serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as well as the Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources for the Government of Sierra Leone since July 2020. Prior to this, Timothy held the position of Executive Director General at the Petroleum Directorate Sierra Leone from July 2018 to July 2020. Timothy's earlier experience includes roles as a Wellsite Drilling Engineer and Reservoir Engineer at LUKOIL from January 2011 to December 2017, and as an Engineer at Rosneft from July 2008 to July 2009.
