Erica Gonzalez

Erica Gonzalez is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as the Responsable de asuntos de calidad at GRUPO SIMPA S.A. since December 2022, overseeing the quality management system across all assembly lines for brands such as KTM and HUSQVARNA. Erica has been a Docente for the Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires since November 2017 and previously held the position of Ingeniero de asuntos de calidad at La Papelera del Plata S.A., where responsibilities included continuous quality improvement and supervision of paper production machinery. Additional roles include Inspector de control de calidad and Analista de Control de Calidad at Monsanto, contributing to quality management projects. Erica holds a degree in Ingeniería Química from UTN Facultad Regional Delta, completed in 2014.
