Fernando Gabriel Gutiérrez

Fernando Gabriel Gutiérrez has extensive experience in the field of education and library science. Serving as Director and Teacher at Instituto Municipal de Educación Superior en Educación y Tecnología "Emilio Fermín Mignone" since April 2004, Fernando has taught various subjects in Information Science and Public Relations, utilizing b-learning methodologies and pedagogical theories. At Universidad Nacional de Luján, Fernando holds the position of Head of the Department of Administration of Collections and oversees digital collections as Head of Division of Digitalization. Fernando also contributes as a secondary education teacher with expertise in journalism and media education. In addition to these roles, Fernando co-founded Aprender 3C, authored for InfoTecarios, and played a significant role in various collaborative library initiatives.
