Carol Blauser

Customer Service Administrator at Government Social Media

Carol joined Team GSM in 2021 and provides customer support for the member agencies and event attendees, as well as organizational support for the team. She enjoys working with this dynamic group of individuals, ensuring that public sector professionals have a great experience as they connect with GSM.

She graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, with a BA in Management. Having a passion for serving others, Carol has been an avid volunteer for the last two decades, dedicating time to numerous volunteer positions at various churches, providing office support and leading study groups.

Carol serves on the Board of Directors of Donation House, a 501(c)3 charity in the DFW-area that provides clothing and household goods to anyone in need. As Director of Events for the charity, she assists in organizing two annual events that provide school supplies and Christmas gifts to children in need.
