Allen Deitz

Allen Deitz has extensive work experience in the field of government contracting and cybersecurity. Allen is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at GovernmentCIO since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Salient CRGT as the Executive Vice President of the Growth Enablement Team from July 2018 to August 2021.

Before joining Salient CRGT, Allen Deitz served as a Cybersecurity Program Advisory Board Member at Rutgers University from February 2018 to June 2019. Allen'srole involved providing advice on the development of a cybersecurity certificate program focusing on real-world problems and best practices.

Allen Deitz also has experience working at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they served as the Vice President of the Proposal Center from April 2016 to July 2018. Allen led a team of 75-150 employees and integrated the proposal capabilities of SRA International and CSGov following the establishment of CSRA.

During their tenure at CSRA Inc, they played key roles in strategic business capture activities and led various teams and initiatives focused on technical innovation, proposal development, and solution architecture.

Allen Deitz began their career at SRA International, where they held the positions of Senior Network/Systems Engineer and Project Manager, Vice President and Director of Workforce Optimization, Vice President and Director of Capability Centers, Vice President and Director of the Proposal Service Center, Vice President and Director of Business Capture Career Track, Vice President and Director of Strategic Initiatives, National Security Sector, Vice President and Deputy Director for SRA's International Development and Diplomatic Solutions, and Technical Director of the Integrated Solutions Business Unit.
