Douglas Rosario

Douglas Rosario, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager at GovCIO since September 2021, boasting extensive experience in program management and communications within military and civilian sectors. Previously, Douglas held multiple key roles at Salient CRGT, including OCONUS Program Manager and Afghanistan Country Manager, and worked for the US Army in various leadership capacities from 2005 to 2014. Douglas's educational background features multiple certifications in project management and technology, with degrees from the Project Management Institute, InfoComm International, and CompTIA, complemented by an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Technology and Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
