Davis Harz

Davis Harz is an economics and finance double major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, set to graduate in May 2025. Currently working in Outdoor Golf Operations at Governors Club since April 2023, Davis previously gained practical experience as a Brokerage Research Intern at Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown, where skills in real estate laws and client communication were developed. In the summer of 2024, Davis served as a Real Estate Finance Intern with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, focusing on market research and financial analysis for affordable housing projects. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Service Technician at Heritage Pools, LLC, and a Retail Sales Associate at The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. Additionally, Davis pursued further education at The London School of Economics in August 2023 and holds a minor in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
