Prior to this, they were a Project Manager/Implementation Specialist at Questica from 2019-2021, a Customer Success & Delivery Manager at VIRE Tech LLC from 2016-2019, a Software Quality Assurance Lead at RCAPPS from 2015-2016, a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Humanity (ShiftPlanning) from 2013-2015, and a Trainee at Excellence Delivered (EXD) from 2014-2015.

Adeel Zahid obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Management and Technology in 2013. Adeel also obtained a SAP Certified Applications Associate BI/BW certification from SAP in March 2014.
