Currently, they are a Senior Account Executive at GovInvest, where they ensure that local governments are prepared for their future financial obligations, risks and opportunities.

David Hart graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/ Social Sciences in 2005. David has also obtained certifications in MEDDIC Sales Methodology, Paradigm Medical Sales Training, and The Challenger Sales Method.
