Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive the development and execution of human resource strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive organizational culture. The Head of HR will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and provide leadership on all people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to design employee development programs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.

Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Develop onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
- Manage performance management processes, including setting objectives, feedback, and appraisals.

Employee Relations & Culture:
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture and work environment.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee salary benchmarking, job grading, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation.

Learning & Development:
- Identify employee learning and development needs and design relevant training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, leadership development.

HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and company objectives.
- Oversee HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy.

HR Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Implement HR technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic industry.

- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
