Millie Fernandez is the Onboarding Specialist at GovPilot. Millie has over fifteen years of experience in customer onboarding and quality assurance engineering. Prior to joining GovPilot, Millie was with PropertyPilot as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Arnhem, Inc as an Office Manager.

At GovPilot, Millie is responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for customers, from sales handover to requirements gathering to configuration and training. Millie ensures that customers rollout the platform quickly and understand the software and its benefits.

Millie is proactive and takes a customer-centric approach to their work. Millie is committed to ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with GovPilot.

Millie Fernandez reports to Mike McAteer, Onboarding Manager. They work with Scott Wysocki - Onboarding Specialist, Kat Murphy - Onboarding Specialist, and Michael Rendine - Onboarding Specialist.
