E. Stefen Deleveaux has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2012, Deleveaux worked as an Intern at Finter Bank, where they were responsible for back-office and clearing services. E. Stefen then moved on to work as a Bank Teller at Scotiabank from 2013 to 2014, assisting customers with various banking transactions.

In 2014, Deleveaux joined Summit Corporate Services as a Corporate Officer, where they held responsibilities related to corporate functions. Following this, in 2015, they worked as an Operations Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where they co-designed proposals for energy audits and solar energy implementation. E. Stefen also led the organization of entrepreneurship Startup Weekend events.

In 2017, Deleveaux took on multiple roles simultaneously. E. Stefen became the President/CEO of the Caribbean Blockchain Alliance, an NGO dedicated to promoting blockchain technology adoption in the Caribbean. E. Stefen also worked as a Director at Arrowlynk Ventures, a startup accelerator providing mentoring and connections with angel investors.

Deleveaux's next position was as a Program Associate at Templeton Religion Trust, where they worked from 2017 to 2020. Finally, in 2022, they joined Govrn as the Head of Growth.

E. Stefen Deleveaux obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Hartwick College, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended the College of the Bahamas from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Economics.
