Phillip Geer

Phillip Geer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in compliance, economic development, and workforce management. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Programs and Facility Security Officer at GovSmart, Inc. since February 2020, Phillip is responsible for analyzing federal government task orders, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification. Prior to this role, Phillip held positions such as Director of Economic Development for Orange County, VA, and Assistant Director at Piedmont Workforce Network, where efforts focused on capital investment, job creation, and workforce development.
