Jairo Melgarejo

Jairo Melgarejo is the Founder and CEO of Melgagro LLC. Previously, Jairo worked at Gowan Company as the Business Manager for Brazil, Central America & Caribbean, and later as the Global Team Leader for the Banana Project. Prior to that, Jairo was the Global Product Manager at Gowan Company and Bayer CropScience, overseeing the development of various insecticides. With a background in Agronomy Engineering & Crop Protection, Jairo has held significant positions in companies such as Rhone Poulenc AG, Union Carbide, and DuPont, where Jairo developed and marketed agricultural products.
