Rene Javier Varela Alderete

Rene Javier Varela Alderete possesses extensive experience in the agricultural sector with a focus on vegetable seed sales and development. Currently serving as a Sales and Development Specialist at Semillas Agrocentro since July 2017, Rene has specialized in commercial and pre-commercial development of vegetable varieties in Chihuahua, emphasizing processing chilies, onions, and watermelons. In a concurrent role as West Mexico Vegetable Seeds Sales Specialist for Gowan Company since February 2014, Rene markets vegetable seeds across the region. Previous positions include Cucurbits Product Evaluator at Syngenta and Sales and Development roles at Mar Seed Company and Semillas Agrocentro, demonstrating a strong background in sales promotion and product evaluation.
