Heting Xu

Heting Xu currently serves as a Privacy and Data Governance Lawyer at Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur, focusing on compliance training related to privacy legislation and advising clients on data management and security since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Stagiaire en droit and Étudiante en droit at the same firm, where responsibilities encompassed privacy and data governance, civil and commercial litigation, and business law. From May 2021 to May 2022, Heting Xu was a research assistant for Professor Han-Ru Zhou at Université de Montréal, summarizing legal documents and drafting research notes.
