Will Glover

Will Glover is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in M&A and joint ventures, particularly within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently a partner at Gowling WLG since September 2024, Will previously held the position of Principal Associate and Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, focusing on London's corporate and energy sectors. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Ashurst, where expertise was developed in project development and financing, as well as secondary market infrastructure M&A transactions. Will's early career included legal secondments at Aviva Investors and Keolis UK, as well as foundational roles at DLA Piper and Ashurst during vacation schemes. Educational qualifications include commendations for the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, alongside a Master's in Financial Management and a degree in History from Durham University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Sevenoaks School.
