Tatiana Vargas-Tietjen

Tatiana Vargas-Tietjen is a corporate legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at Goya Foods since February 2025, Tatiana previously held positions at Active International, progressing from U.S. Associate Counsel to Associate General Counsel and International Corporate Counsel from 2017 to 2025. Prior to that, Tatiana worked as a Talent Agent and In-House Attorney at Willinger Talent Agency and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. Additionally, Tatiana completed a Legal and Social Policy Internship at UNICEF and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable James J. Guida in the Bergen County Superior Court. Tatiana holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law, earned in 2013.
