Karen Couch is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, payroll, and benefits administration across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Goyette Mechanical since October 2018, Karen oversees HR tasks for a workforce of 500 employees and implemented various systems for payroll and benefit management. Prior roles include Payroll & Benefit Specialist at Acme Manufacturing, Corporate HR/Benefit Specialist at Qualified Staffing, and Human Resource Manager at Fernco, Inc. With foundational experience dating back to 1994 at Marriott Griffin Gate Resort, Karen has developed expertise in employee data management, compliance, onboarding, and benefit program administration.
