Jean-Claude K.

Jean-Claude K. currently serves as the Head of Ecommerce at Gozem - Africa's Super App since January 2021, focusing on P&L management, customer acquisition, and digital strategies. Previously, Jean-Claude K. was the Ecommerce Vertical Launcher, leading the transition from Delivroum to Gozem and collaborating with tech teams on product development. Prior to Gozem, Jean-Claude K. held positions at Groupe Renault, including Manager CRM for the Africa, Middle East, India, and Pacific region, as well as in the Renault Retail Group in Strasbourg, where expertise in territory management and digital campaigns was developed. Jean-Claude K. co-founded Delivroum, Lomé's first delivery on demand app, later acquired by Gozem. Earlier experience includes business development roles at Disney France and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, alongside a consultancy position at TSE Junior Études. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business Strategy from OMNES Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Toulouse School of Economics.
