Lance Meller

Lance Meller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lance is currently working as the CRO at Gozney since June 2023. Prior to this, Lance held the position of Vice President & General Manager of Dickies Americas at Dickies®, a VF Company from September 2020 to June 2023. Lance also worked as the Director of Employee Experience at VF Corporation from February 2019 to June 2023. Lance served as the VP of International Business Development at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC from September 2014 to February 2019, where they played a key role in driving marketing and branding strategies and achieved significant revenue growth. Lance was also the Founder of DECKED from March 2013 to September 2014, where they developed and implemented organizational solutions for truck gear. Before that, Lance worked as the National Sales Manager at Chums & Beyond Coastal from April 2009 to March 2013 and as the Moto National Sales Manager at Skullcandy Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Lance also held the position of National Sales Manager at 7eye by Panoptx from 2005 to 2008, where they successfully expanded distribution and grew the brand in the optical market. Lance started their career at K2 Sports as a Sales Representative in 1992 and held various roles within the company until 2002, generating substantial revenue and working with renowned retailers.

Lance Meller completed their undergraduate education at Franklin & Marshall College from 1988 to 2002. Lance earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
