Brendan Bastine

Brendan Bastine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, service management, and technical support. Currently serving as President of Consulting at Gozynta since July 2023, Brendan has successfully resolved support and help desk tickets, created knowledge base content, and managed project documentation. Previously, as Service Manager at Remi IT Solutions from February 2021 to July 2023, Brendan oversaw service desk operations, implemented SLAs and KPIs, developed HR processes, and enhanced service delivery through strategic partnerships. Brendan’s background also includes roles at Best Buy, Rent-A-Center, Dunkin Donuts, and Jays Electric Inc., where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to operational management. Brendan holds educational credentials from Mount Wachusett Community College and Fitchburg State University.
