Dr. Jharna K Pandya

Dr. Jharna K Pandya has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dr. Jharna K is currently the Head of Human Resources for GP Petroleums Ltd, a role they have held since April 2023. Previously, they worked at Savita Oil Technologies Limited as a Senior Manager in Corporate Human Resources, where they played a key role in strategic and operational HR initiatives. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing various HR projects aligned with business objectives, such as leadership hiring, performance management system implementation, and HRMS system implementation. Prior to that, they worked at Indoco Remedies Ltd in a Human Resource role from May 2006 to January 2017.

Dr. Jharna K Pandya pursued their education at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master in Management Studies degree at the same institution. Additionally, Dr. Pandya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mumbai. Furthermore, they participated in an Executive Development Program focused on Human Resources Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
