Carole Cameron

Carole Cameron is the Owner and President of Creative Performance Solutions, a role held since February 2001, specializing in skill building, self-awareness, management development, and teambuilding through workshops and coaching. Additionally, since 2013, Carole works as a Master Trainer for CBC, focusing on upskilling English language trainers across Canada. As the Author, Trainer, and Coach of Sp!ash, an initiative aimed at empowering introverts, Carole delivers workshops and coaching to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes. Further experience includes positions as Lead Facilitator and Instructional Design Specialist at GP Strategies Ltd and extensive facilitation roles at various organizations, alongside being a speaker at numerous conferences. Carole holds a BA in Psychology from York University, obtained from 1978 to 1982.
