Ella Richardson

Ella Richardson serves as the Global Head of Consulting & Experience Design in Learning Services at GP Strategies Corporation, a position held since October 2022, focusing on enhancing Learning Services to facilitate targeted behavioral change strategies across regions. Prior to this role, Ella was the Senior Director of Integration Partner, exploring innovative approaches within the Learning Experience division. Ella's previous experience at LEO Learning includes serving as Learning Design Director, where leadership was provided to the Learning Design team to continuously adapt to client needs, and as Principal Consultant, driving cultural shifts in organizations. Ella began her career at Epic Learning, progressing from Trainee Learning Designer to Lead Designer, where responsibilities included designing engaging learning programs. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with First Class Honours in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
