Phil Beale

Phil Beale is an experienced professional with a diverse background in learning delivery and commercial banking. Since December 2013, Phil has served as a Learning Delivery Manager at GP Strategies Ltd. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions at HSBC from June 2007, including Learning Deliverer for Commercial & Credit Risk and Commercial Banking Manager. Phil also worked at Barclays as Head of Client Services from 2003 to 2007, and held managerial positions at Charles Schwab and Whitbread Beer Co earlier in his career. Phil's educational background includes attending Ousedale School from 1983 to 1988.
