Cpesc Chad Shipman

Chad Shipman, CPESC, has extensive work experience in the engineering and drafting field. Chad began their career at Charles County Board of Education as a Computer Aided Drafting & Design Teacher from 2006 to 2008. Chad then joined Crouse Engineering, Inc as a Project Manager, where they played a vital role in plan preparation for permit submittals and construction documents, as well as coordinating with Jurisdictional plan reviewers and clients for land development and subdivisions. Since 2011, Chad has been working at GPD Group, starting as an Associate Civil Designer and currently serving as a Civil Engineer, MSE. These roles showcase their expertise in civil engineering and design, demonstrating their ability to contribute effectively to various projects.

Chad Shipman, CPESC, holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, which they obtained from Youngstown State University. Chad completed this degree in the year 2020. Prior to that, Chad pursued a Bachelor's degree in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education from The Ohio State University, which they completed between the years 2002 and 2006.
