Travis Booth is an experienced legal and corporate development professional with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at GPM Investments, LLC since October 2020, Travis has previously held significant roles at Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC from July 2011 to October 2020, including Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Secretary. During this tenure, Travis successfully managed acquisition strategies that generated substantial financial returns and led legal processes for IPO readiness. Travis's earlier experience as General Counsel and Vice President at Empire Petroleum Holdings, LLC, and as an Associate at Hirschel, Savitz, Parker & Hollman, PA, includes drafting and negotiating various legal agreements and managing corporate restructuring. Travis holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
