Segundo Bolanos

Segundo Bolanos has been with GPS Hospitality since May 2010 and currently holds the title of HR Coordinator and Restaurant General Manager. In this role, Segundo is responsible for hiring, inventory control, training, P&L responsibilities, and people development. Prior to this, Segundo worked at Soar Hospitality from April 2009 to March 2010 as a District Manager overseeing 6 restaurants. In this role, Segundo was responsible for training, P&L, people development, and HR related issues.
