Miroslav Sagan

Miroslav Sagan is an accomplished Managing Director at GPV since September 2012, overseeing two teams in Nová Dubnica and Hlohovec, Slovakia, focused on enhancing the electronics business for customers, suppliers, and employees. As the General Manager and Owner of Lean Enterprise Slovakia s.r.o. since July 2010, Miroslav guides the company’s vision and financial performance. Previous experience includes a significant role as General Manager at Enics until November 2022, where leadership aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and team happiness, and as a Lean Leader and Production Manager at GE Aviation Czech. Miroslav also served as an external professor at Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka, teaching various subjects related to management. Miroslav holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Operations and Management from the European Business and Management Institute (2024) and a background in engineering and project management.
