Matt Bennett

Matt Bennett is the current Associate Director at GQR Global Markets. Prior to this, they were the People & Development Director at Impellam from January 2006 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the people function across their specialist staffing and managed supply brands. This included designing and delivering leadership development programmes in the UK and US, being a leadership / performance coach and mentor, designing and delivering management and consultant development programmes, employee attraction, engagement and retention, workforce planning, and HR and advisory. Some of their notable achievements during their time at Impellam include leading them to receiving the Investors in People Gold accreditation, being named in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for, and winning a Recruiter Award for excellence. Prior to their time at Impellam, Matt Bennett worked as a Learning & Development Specialist and Consultant at Kelly Services from January 1998 to December 2006.
