Billy Anthony

Billy Anthony has extensive work experience in the energy services industry. Billy has held various roles throughout their career, primarily focusing on wireline and pressure control operations.

Billy most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer and Director at GR Energy Services starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were the President and CTO of Wellmatics from November 2020 to October 2022.

From July 2018 to November 2020, Billy held the position of President - Wireline & Pressure Control at GR Energy Services. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Wireline from May 2015 to June 2018.

Billy also has international experience, having worked at Archer - the well company as the Vice President of Wireline Europe from December 2013 to October 2014, and as the Vice President of Wireline Norway from August 2012 to November 2013.

Prior to their roles at Archer, Billy worked at Casedhole Solutions, where they served as the Corporate Perforating and Pressure Control Manager from April 2012 to August 2012, and as the Southeast Regional Manager from November 2010 to April 2012.

Billy began their career at Schlumberger, where they held various positions over a span of 15 years. Their roles at Schlumberger included Operations Support Manager - Production Services from March 2010 to October 2010, Product Champion - Perforating Products from July 2008 to March 2010, Operations Manager from January 2006 to July 2008, Field Service Manager from July 2003 to January 2006, Service Quality Engineer from July 2002 to July 2003, and Field Engineer from January 1997 to June 2002.

Billy Anthony attended Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1996. Billy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering during their time there.
