Job description

GR0 is seeking an exceptional Campaign Manager, TikTok Shop, to join our growing team of experts and drive results for our diverse roster of clients.

This person is an ambitious expert who will own TikTok Shop program strategy and execution to deliver effective campaigns based on our clients goals. The campaign manager will be responsible for day to day management of the entire TikTok Shop client relationship including setup, strategy, reporting, and partner management. What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate expertise of TikTok Shop marketing and be knowledgeable of industry best practices in order to better explain and communicate that information to clients, specifically around GR0's implementation of these services.
  • Plan, implement, and report on comprehensive TikTok Shop marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal department team members to ensure strategies are implemented and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact throughout the customer journey through a combination of email, slack, and video calls, helping to address customer concerns, solve problems, and remove obstacles to customer success.
  • Work cross-functionally with GR0 teams on strategy, opportunities, and optimizations.
  • Identify market trends and areas of opportunities for growth across TikTok Shop programs.
  • Track campaign success and regularly analyze data and metrics to improve performance and enhance efficiency.
  • Own all outcomes and prioritize efforts to focus on delivering optimal results within expected timeframes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • You are empathetic with a high EQ and can read people and pivot/adapt to strengthen relationships.
  • You are well-organized and can juggle competing client priorities and deadlines while remaining self-motivated and attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have experience presenting to senior-level client contacts.
  • You enjoy working with project management frameworks to track and complete key deliverables and outstanding items.
  • You enjoy meeting with clients and discussing results with them, and can reassure them when KPI’s are below their goals.
  • You are experimental and highly analytical, and very comfortable using data to drive your decisions.
  • You are passionate about working across various industries and helping small and medium businesses scale their sales and digital presence.

KPIs

  • KPIsClient churn % - less than 5% of MRR per quarter
  • Client performance - increase in relevant comps MoM or YoY for tracked KPIs
  • Maintain an average client relationship of 1 year
