Justin Herbst

Justin Herbst has been in the technology industry since 2010. In that time, they have held three positions. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Owner/Developer at Justified Visual LLC, a design firm located in the Philadelphia area focusing on clean, simple, and effective designs. From 2012 to 2015, they were the UI Lead Developer at Disc Makers, designing and developing interactive web applications for their website and their partner websites, with a focus on user experience and usability. Since 2015, they have been a Sr. Full Stack Developer at GR8 People, delivering the Unfair Advantage in How the World Recruits Talent.

Justin Herbst graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Animation.
