Annisa Nubsatus Saniah has diverse experience in customer service and administration. Currently serving as a Customer Service Marketplace at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) since November 2022 and as MEX DSM at Grab since October 2021, Annisa also contributed to customer experience in the financial sector at Grab. Annisa holds a D-III degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Pamulang, earned between 2018 and 2021.
