Guanfeng Wang

Guanfeng Wang is currently the Head of Engineering at Grab, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Guanfeng served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Lead at Grab, focusing on Geo & Maps. They completed a Ph.D. in Geo-computation for media applications at the National University of Singapore, where they also worked as a Research Fellow and conducted research on fleet tracking and real-time map matching algorithms. Additionally, Guanfeng gained experience as a Research Intern at the NUS Research Institute, where they studied GPS measurement accuracy levels, and as a Researcher at Fuji Xerox, focusing on geo-statistic modeling and predictive analytics.
