Indrajati Nugroho

Indrajati Nugroho is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Country People Operations at Grab since January 2019, Indrajati oversees people operations for the region. Prior experience includes a project-based role as Senior Consultant at McGregor Boyall, leading restructuring and change management for a transformation project with Capgemini, and serving as Human Resources Director at AbbVie, managing HR strategy for Singapore and the JAPAC region as well as overseeing operations for South Asia. Earlier roles also include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HP, focusing on HR service effectiveness and regional strategy. Indrajati holds a Master in Economics from Hasselt University and a Bachelor of Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
