Jiann Yeu Yong

Jiann Yeu Yong is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and compensation, currently serving as the Head of People Partners & Rewards at Grab since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jiann held the position of Senior Vice President of Group Rewards at United Overseas Bank Limited from October 2009 to May 2016. Jiann also has experience as Director at Carrots Consulting and served as a Senior Compensation Analyst in the Public Service Division. Earlier in the career, Jiann was the Head of Appointments & Compensation at the Legal Service Commission Secretariat. Jiann holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which was completed between 1997 and 2001.
